Epiphone Casino - What colour would you go for?

Lennon, of course, stripped his Casino. There was no natural originally AFAIK.

If you get a chinese/korean one consider getting in touch with @Haydn regarding a pickup rewind and magnet change. Transformed mine, way too hot in stock form.

I went for cherry. Not a sunburst fan in generally, but cheap sunburst looks crap. And yeah, a pickup change will luckily be required. I got oil city hobbies in mine. They're fantastic.

I had the sunburst one and the finish (although very well applied) was so thick and plasticky it made the whole thing feel toy-like. If I ever got another I'd strip it and refinish in a light nitro vintage burst (a la Weller).

For the current crop, I dunno. I wouldn't care as the first thing I'd have to do would be to change the stock pickups. I hated them.

Natural looks best in my opinion.

Red is a bit too cliche. Like having a red ferrari.

Yes that's why I won't own a red ferrari. 

Funnily enough I do drive a red VW polo.
