Large guitar stand with enough room for all my guitars?

What's a good guitar stand with enough room for all my guitars? Currently I have a three-way stand but it's annoying, and a small single stand. I don't have enough room to hang them on the walls in my studio, and don't want them hung elsewhere in the house. So I'm thinking a floor-standing unit is the best approach.

I will probably sell the Chapman ML-1 and replace it with something else. I've also got another bass that I don't really play since getting the Stingray, but if I had room for that too that would be great.

I guess I need a 7-way stand?

Get 2 x 6-way stands? Gives you a bit more flexibiliy over where you put them (as you can split or have adjacent) and allows for future expansion of the collection.

I've just bought a Hercules 5-guitar stand. It's designed to take at least one more comfortably with a £6 kit of parts (basically the yoke that holds the neck). 7 would probably be a squeeze. They make a 3-way as well which I guess will take 4 with the extra yoke, so 2 of those?

This is exactly how I ding everything. I've got a 7 guitar stand, though can't remember the brand.

Another vote for those Stagg case/stands. I've had a 6-way one for about 4 years and it's still going strong.

Excuse the rubbish picture, but this is what I use, as long as you're not hanging six 10lb+ les Paul customs it'll take the weight of a few more stacked on the back like the cigar box guitar is.

Frankly, I'd keep some of those guitars in a locked cupboard.

Do you require a license to keep guitars like those in your house?
