I think D'addario have an 11-48 pure nickel set.

Yeah, as @olafgarten says my understanding is, in a set of "nickels" only the bass strings have a nickel outer; the unwrapped treble strings are plain steel. But someone slap me if I'm wrong

I've seen a few sets like that, where the bottom E is a disproportionately heavier than the A. Ernie Ball have got it pretty bang-on with the Beefy Slinkies, for me at least. I guess the 22 G is a bit much, it could do with being a 20.
I'm not sure, but I do know that nickel alone isn't strong enough to be a string.
