  • They look like Lace Sensors - which were standard on Strat Plusses - it also appears to have a roller nut which was standard too.

If it is a Strat Plus and in decent nick, £500 is cheap.

Yes, the absence of a string tree also suggests a Strat plus.

It will have locking tuners too if it's a plus.

deffo a Strat Plus - As others have commented on roler nut + pick-ups then also should have locking tuners with a large roller on the rear of each tuner (would need to see a pic of the raer to confirm this)

    £500 is a steal

Satin chrome tuners and two point trem - another sign for a strat plus. It should also have a tbx tone control. Bargain at £500.

looks 99% certain a Strat Plus with satin tuners - pic of the rear of the headstock  will confirm locking tuners

Non original case but no big deal as it is a Hiscox which is a better case regards protection etc

I said £500 is a steal - It is an 'effing steal

Probably just black from the pic.  They also did one with a few metallic flakes at this point, not full on metallic, more like they had used the wrong spray gun :)

anyway, if you do see an occasional metallic fleck in the finish, it's supposed to be there

maybe a short lived deluxe american standard rather than a plus, but that doesn't matter too much - the tuners and lack of string trees do point to a plus though

ignore the bit about the deluxe american standard though - definitely not one of them.... but the rest of the info is valid and there is a close up on the mystic black i mentioned

Just go and buy it..... £500 is a good price. Definitely a 'Plus', gold lace sensors, LSR roller nut and Schaller locking tuners.  All of the decent go faster goodies.
