As per above, I need a gigging amp head quite quickly - looking for all tube Fender sparkly cleans with reverb and effects loop.

I'm not going to Dr Z or Two Rock budget, just a simple sparkly clean channel required.

  • Heres a wildcard, i think fairly Fender-y, no reverb but has a loop and is cheap enough to warrant a separate verb in that loop: http://www.thefretboard.co.uk/discussion/6859/you-can-have-a-wangs-for-100-15-watt-tube-amp-head-for-sale-plus-10-goes-to-the-fb-coffers#latest

  • Not quite loud enough nor enough headroom I'm afraid, I'd either need more Wangs or a bigger one.

  • Lovely amp and bargain price for what it is but not quite what I'm after and a little more than I want to spend.

  • Bump - open to combos, 1x12, 2x12, 4x10 but no Twins please. Deluxe or pro reverb, deville, what have you got?

Aaaaargh!  Why do these threads NEVER come up when I have something to sell?!

You've just missed out on this peach, which was couriered off to an eBay buyer yesterday, private sale agreed though happily - http://www.thefretboard.co.uk/discussion/8897/sold-fender-pro-tube-pro-reverb-1x12-combo#latest

  • I have a blues deville 4x10, I believe it is 65 watt

Its a tweed jobbie, pretty loud, reverb and effects loop.

Would want £600 for it. Any good to you?
The Bigsby was the first successful design of what is now called a whammy bar or tremolo arm, although vibrato is the technically correct term for the musical effect it produces. In standard usage, tremolo is a rapid fluctuation of the volume of a note, while vibrato is a fluctuation in pitch. The origin of this nonstandard usage of the term by electric guitarists is attributed to Leo Fender, who also used the term “vibrato” to refer to what is really a tremolo effect.

  • yeah reissue Mexican.

I bought it as a lighter carry around amp for my twin.

It feels like its half the weight of the twin, I would guess its about 20kg - 25kg

The legend of the interwebz suggests that the Mex built Deluxe & Deville etc are more reliable that the earlier US ones.

I’m so bored I might as well be listening to Pink Floyd
