Amazon have the CM at £329,  DC special at £389 Less plus at £699,   LP Traditional for £799 and standard at £1049.

Great prices if you like the 2015 neck profile.

Perhaps it's just me, but I don't see many 'mega' deals around?

Yes, the odd specific item with a big discount, which is great if it's something you're after, but generally there seem to be a few isolated 'specials' which you get cropping-up all year round anyway, then a broader 10/15% off RRP.

I think this whole Black Friday thing will fizzle-out within a few years. First it was one day mega deals, then a weekend of reductions, now it's a fortnight of specials.... next year? Maybe a month of discounts? The year after that.... ?

It's a bit like the Next sale, where people spend a fortune on armfuls of stuff they wouldn't otherwise buy because they're told it's a 'bargain', when, as someone said earlier, it's primarily retailers shifting old stock they want rid of.

Agreed, but then there is a lot more mark up in clothing than there is guitars. 10/15% if you were thinking of buying anyhow is great. Its certainly not enough to make me want to spend on something i was not already planning to though.

Still, if you've money burning a guitar shaped hole in your pocket today is not a bad day to spend it.

I couldn't see much in the way of guitar offers but did manage to get a pair of sennheiser hd 598 cs for £90 which are the closed back hd 598, which I thought was a good deal.
