It's not a Kahler but what is it? Looks great with the offset saddles but are they rollers?

Before the photoshop, I thought cream, soon as it was done I'd changed my mind to black

Make sure you set the saddles reasonably high, even if you have to shim the neck slightly to do it.

its a great bridge, but works loads better with them set high

Thanks for the tip @WezV - I was debating whether to raise them, or use the extra base plate for height, question answered

A man after my own heart, I've been toying with a Hum/P90 Teel build, although mine would be a GoldTop.

Regarding the pups, I'd go cream P90 with a Nickel covered humbucker in a cream surround.

Bit of an update then, a phone pic before any wax is applied to the body, this is what it looks like reassembled after oil (with pickups photoshopped in),



Went with BK Supermassive P90 and Riff Raff bridge.

Now the other important descisions to make, like which knobs to get for it, thinking plain black (matte if possible) ones.

Black or Cream is a pretty difficult choice because they're so different. I mean "Wonderful life" is a great song, but as a guitarist you can't not like "Sunshine of your love".

Personally I'd prefer to have them both.

Black! Always black! Cream should be reserved for, well cream. Other than that, it has no business anywhere else, on anything!

Hmmmmm. I disagree - cream P90's go beautifully with an orange-tinted top....

Or an otherwise-all-black body.
