Anybody help with these chords?

What's Hot
Been trying to work out what Scott Hutchinson is playing here but I'm not familiar with the chord shapes he's using. Think I got the C & the F.

    I get:

    Verse: G, Am, Fmaj7
    Chorus: G, Fmaj7 (I think with a passing C in between)

I like Frightened Rabbit. Have you head the Owl John album too?

The four chord sequence sounds like it's based around:

    1) G at the start then G sus4 later. So the basic open G shape is played with the 2nd, 3rd and 4th fingers, with the 1st finger on the 2nd string 1st fret to create the sus4.
    2) Am
    3) F lifting off the 2nd finger on the 3rd string to give an open G to create an F(add 2) or some might call it an F (add9)
    4) C

    It's not a competition.

Thanks chaps, will give it a go later.

No not heard the Owl John album yet @markv its on the list! I do have the Fruit Tree Foundation album, have always been drawn to Scottish Indie Folk and love The Twilight Sad who feature heavily.
