Plus the US sale was at the correct value for one of these in that sort of condition, and the UK one is a low sucker trap price.

If he's still asking for payment and is stupid enough not to realise you've caught him, I'd definitely do what Exorcist suggested.

"Take these three items, some WD-40, a vise grip, and a roll of duct tape. Any man worth his salt can fix almost any problem with this stuff alone." - Walt Kowalski

"Only two things are infinite - the universe, and human stupidity. And I'm not sure about the universe." - Albert Einstein

Just need loads of people to ask him about visiting to see it.

See if he gives the same answers as to why not!

I’m so bored I might as well be listening to Pink Floyd

Well I sincerely hope whoever it was exercises a bit of caution before paying - frustrating because I've let eBay know in every conceivable way possible that this is clearly a fraudulent listing, but they apparently could not give a toss, and potentially some poor sod is in for bit of disappointment and upset

I did message him earlier to ask if I could try it out.
I'm still waiting for an invitation to his gaff.

Ah, ok, I thought it must have been pulled the first time.

Which one of us is going to buy it next?

There was a Cornish P-1 up for £90 last night. Knew it was too good to be true, after looking up completed listings the same pedal sold for the same price 3 times. Needless to say I left it.
