Took it easy to ease my sore ankle back into it. Uphill hurts.
My feedback thread is here.
Still well ahead of schedule- 100km or so.
How is everyone else getting on?

I should hit 400km by the end of the month, so ahead of schedule (1000km total)
Well done on 500km @octatonic doing great

Race is the Thames Path 100 (miles) or 160km for the metrics. Needless to say I wont be running much the week after.
I think you are totally bonkers but it is seriously impressive.

Even more impressive is that the record holders for the course managed to maintain a pace of M 5.16/F 5.58 per km for 161km!! Unbelievable.
I did my first 100 back in October last year. The guy out front looked like he was running a 5k and very fast too. I initially thought he was just somebody out running but he had a number on too and smashed the course record. Very impressed.
Several years running ahead before I get that comfortable with pushing the pace early on.
5 miles through Bradley Stoke nature reserve at lunchtime. Finally getting back near 25 miles a week, which I'll maintain for 3 or 4 weeks before pushing on.

My goal to be able to do 10k by the end of the year is not looking aggressive enough!
Total for the year is now: 91.2k
I won't be running again til May so just posting this up now. Good month, ran my first event type thing which raised a little bit of charity cash. Loved it so signed up for a couple of others longer distance ones later in the year.
Got my first 15k distance as well as 21.1kms today as well. Didn't think I'd get either so really pleased. Not fast nor pretty but great fun and really motivating to crack on with this running lark and try and improve. Massive respect to anyone doing this in a more competitive manner.
Next month's plans are really just to carry on, maybe just put in a few bigger distance runs and not fall back on 5k's most of the time. We'll see
Onwards!
Cheers
Hugh
