THR issues and GAK(yawn)

After ordering a THR 10 from GAK and having trouble with two of them.

I have given up and taken a refund.

But. I must complement GAK on their service.

Very quick and impressive. No silly arguments.

And of course thank you to the forumites for their help and advice!!

    Problems can occur with any mass produced product, you have probably just been unlucky, its good to see that GAK have upped their game with customer service.

    These do seem to be having more reports of issues than most new products though, and especially for a company with the sort of quality reputation Yamaha has.

    I've seen several now, a few on here and more on another forum, though I'm not a member, I was just thinking of getting one a few months back.

    +1. I've heard a lot of horror stories online in the past but I dealt with them last year and was very impressed. Most of the recent things I've heard have been good, too.
