WTB: Midi footswitch

I'm looking for a midi floorboard that has at least 5 switches that can send PC messages plus buttons for bank up and down. Something like the Tech 21 Midi Moose (not Mouse) would be ideal.

What have you got? Hit me up.

I've got a Digital Music Corporation Ground Control midi floorboard which may be of interest ?  Can't see any in the UK but they seem to sell for around £100 in the States.

Thanks, guys. I'm just after a midi switcher which will switch a midi multifx, and won't need a looper so the ES-5 and DPC are probably overkill. The unit I'm looking for will be for a small board when my big BOSS ES-8 pedal board and heavy amp are too big for the venue or when I have to go direct to the PA.
