I’ve not posted anything in this thread despite multiple half typed messages which never seemed to cut it or add anything to what had already been said. Don’t take that to mean that your story hasn’t touched me profoundly. 

What a incredible human you really are, if I was ever to be facing a similar situation and managed to conjure up even a tiny fraction of the strength and courage that you have I’ll consider it an achievement. 

I hope you have the best birthday possible in the circumstances and that those around you really realise just what a fantastic person you are.
