That guitar's been there so long.  For years I saw it in thumbnail pictures and never realised what the horrible tasteless artwork actually was.

What a horrid thing. All it looks like is the torso of a bloated pornstar that's had a mastectomy. Genuinely one of the most distasteful things I've seen and one would have to be a total numptee to paint it let alone play it on stage.
