**edit - neck sold, tuners still available, loaded scratchplate still available**

Selling this Fender USA neck - was from a Highway One guitar hence the large headstock. In good condition as seen :

£200 inc tuners plus delivery

Tortie Strat scratchplate loaded with Rock Monkey 60s style handwound pickups .
Rock Monkey site seems to have disappeared - but these were pricey, handwound pickups, sound fantastic (the equal of my Fender Custom Shop pickups in another guitar)
£90 delivered

Items are in Swindon.

Red ones are better.

  • Hey Tim,

What's the profile like on the neck? And what's the fretboard radius if you know?

    Thanks!

    Hey Tim,

Hi, yep this is the update version of the H1, the specs are/were :

    Neck

    • Neck Shape: Modern "C" Shape
    • Number of Frets: 22
    • Fret Size: Jumbo Frets
    • Position Inlays: Black Dot Position Inlays
    • Fretboard Radius: 9.5" (24.1 cm)
    • Fretboard: Rosewood or Maple
    • Neck Material: Maple
    • Neck Finish: Satin Urethane Finish
    • Nut Width: 1.6875" (43 mm)
    • Scale Length: 25.5" (64.8 cm)
    • Headstock: Large '70s Style
    • Neck Plate: Standard 4 Bolt
    • Truss Rod Nut: 1/8" American Series Nut
It's been unmounted for a fair while so I've not played it recently but I do recall that I really liked the combination of nice satin neck profile and jumbo frets - so easy to play (hence why I kept it!)

In short it plays 'modern' rather than 'vintage' but without the profile going all skinny (which I don't like and actually find quite wearing on the old hand)

    Hope that helps ?

That's interesting - 3 expressions of interest on the same day on a 2 month old thread :-)

Let me check I still have this (it may sound crazy, but I sold off so much stuff I don't recall if this was one that went) and I'll post back
