I’m looking at buying a kit from the Poodle Pedal Parts Emporium but have yet to decide which one, so I’ve been digging around to try to clarify what underlying pedals the kits are based on.
Does anyone have any recommendations for specific pedals? I’m after a light’ish blues/rock overdrive. I already have a Joyo Sweet Baby which is nice, but something with a little more oomph to it would be good.
Here is my list of decoded names. I’m probably wrong on some them so feel free to correct as needed…

Great thread, it's like wandering along the biscuit aisle in Aldi trying to work out what they've copied.
Anyone for a Racer or a Titan?
I've built loads of these kits - some of my builds and reviews are on his Facebook page - and they really are great. The boards are as small as possible so many of them will fit in 1590A boxes. I didn't know the Enlightened would fit in an A box - are you sure, Frankus?
I'm particularly enjoying the Ruckus (Suhr Riot) and Mucky Hush at the moment. I'm hoping we will see a kit of the MkIII DLS some time, but there's really only so many overdrive pedals that you need! The Echo Blue is superb and everyone should have one, and the Verb is a great reverb if your amp doesn't have one built-in.
