I've been listening a lot to my Zappa 'Guitar' album this weekend which led to a bit of a Youtube rabbit hole of listening to lots of different versions of Watermelon in Easter Hay.
I was then left thinking would the tune make my current top 10 of guitar instrumentals (spoiler alert....yes)
1. Cause we ended as lovers - Jeff Beck
2. The Messiah will come again - Roy Buchanan
3. Watermelon in Easter Hay - Zappa
Maybe its the way the world is at the moment , they all sound a bit melancholy , perhaps in a few months time when we are out and about and the pubs are open it will be.
1. Satch Boogie
2. Eruption
3. Little Green Men
Anyone got any favourites they'd like to share that I may not have heard yet... I definitely have the time to have a listen online !

Supportact said: [my style is] probably more an accumulation of limitations and bad habits than a 'style'.
2. Is This Music? By Teenage Fanclub. Sounds so....... Scottish and Indie. An old favourite.
3. Melvins, Junebug. A bit of a mad mix of heavy bass, a clean melodic guitar then mad distorted riffage.
2. Hideaway Mayal + Bluesbreakers
3. Albatross Fleetwood Mac
Wonderful land - Shadows
The Supernatural - Moore/Green
https://youtu.be/cmU3FYlRZNM
Eric Johnson - Cliffs of Dover (yes obvious I know but so good).
"Sylvia" by Focus
"Europa" by Santana
"Let's go Tripping" by Dick Dale.
The Equalizer Jan Cyrka
Farm Fiddlin' Zakk Wylde
Kenny Burrell - start with Midnight Blue. There's some good live Albums as well.
Johnny A - first two Albums have good stuff.
Emily Remler - almost anything she recorded.
David Gilmour - 5AM
Rush - YYZ
2: Hank Marvin: Sacha. Or Apache. Or any of many others.
3: That thing I came up with this morning as was messing about with some chords.
(Well, OK, probably not #3.)
Certainly a few good J Beck Tracks from Wired/Blow by Blow and Guitar Workshop - But I'm going to go with SRV and Scuttle Buttin + Riviera Paradise

Three from the above just to give an answer:
If you aren't familiar with the last one there are some live and cover versions on youtube which may induce a WTF moment.
