Helping choosing first wire strippers

So I have made loads of patch cables for my pedalboard over the last few years and have always just used a stanley knife to strip the wires but I think it is finally time to buy some wire strippers. I have had a good look and they seem to come in 2 main sizes 10-20AWG and 20-30AWG, the main question I have is which do I need for stripping guitar patch cable (Mogami 2319)?

For reference, I was considering these two:

I normally used this type for stripping wires, fully adjustable

Thanks for the suggestion @Jono111. Do you find it fiddly adjusting them to the correct size for the cable?

After a recommendation from someone on here (might have been @FelineGuitars ) I got some of these (although bought when on special offer, so didn't pay that much).

I have those too and they're pretty good. Not much to say other than they work and require minimal fiddling around with.

All I ever use is a stanley blade to cut of the sheaf and these to strip the hot conductors

And I make a lot of wire connections and cables to orders, literally hundreds a month

@Jtaylor I find them easy to adjust, I tend to unscrew until tight around the cable and then a bit more. I have been using for many years so perhaps I am just used to them. I like the simplicity of just one hole and one adjustment and not caring if I have chosen the correct hole for the random cable size I am trying to strip.

I use a Stanley blade against my thumb and roll the wire under the blade. It means you don't have to tug on the wire as you do when using strippers.

Thanks for the recommendations everyone, has been really helpful. I think I'm going to get the ones Feline, @Jonathangus & @Bod recommended as they look pretty easy and quick to use, which is exactly what I am looking for!
