I love them! They resonate so much. Very easy to play and the heavier strings are still fine for chugging.

11's with a wound third on my Korean Gretsch with Bigsby and Eastman Archtop..
Both are great for faster alternate picking...The Bigsby seems to work way better with this set..
Strats and Teles,,No Superstrats,I hate locking trems.. 9 to 46 on a 25.5 scale or the strings feel flappy and lack definition for me..
I was at times splitting my fingertip and nail with 10's,,Fecking Painful,,so 9 to 46 are comfier a compromise....
I bend strings a lot 2 and a half tones at times..
OK I stole it from Gilmour, who else didn't...Gilmour from Albert King, fair enough..
Gibson,Guild Epiphone 9 to 42 on 24.75..
Apart from my Eastman 335 copy..I use 9.5 Gauge,it just feels better...
With 9's I play with the stop bar to get the right tension..
I think often the guitars tell you what they like..
The Gretsch didn't like a Standard 10 set in the case of my one..
