I'd never heard of Hungry Horse pubs until yesterday, but I had a look at their menu/nutrition charts.

It is pretty scary stuff but hey, it's up to people if they want to eat it. I probably would've myself a few years ago. Then I found out I was diabetic.

If this is about 100% of a woman's daily intake, surely this is basically a time saver? One meal and job done, then on to a more productive day without worrying about having to stop to eat again.

Seems quite sensible to me.

If you're eating something like this on a regular basis, then you have a problem. Occasionally then it shouldn't make a difference to your health.

No different to eating MCDonalds, Burger King or pizza occasionally/regularly.
