CBC Superfuzz clone! Only had a brief go with it so far but my god, it sounds fucking wonderful.

Also got the power supply-equipped version of my big Gator board, plus some CDs, Stewart Lee's "Carpet Remnant World" live DVD, the new Daily Mash annual, and from relatives a couple of books, chocolates and GAS money. Awesome!

to add to the stuff I bought myself I got some "World's Best Daddy" socks, some sweets and toiletries, a bottle of M&S Port, some XBox games and some cash - I've had worse years so I'm happy with that !

I was driving earlier so I'm just catching up with some champers from Tesco, not had a drop of booze for nearly a month so it's not going to take much for me to get giddy

p.s. can someone confirm that any purchases from the classifieds agreed upon this evening require confirmation tomorrow?

I have consumed half a bottle of Jack Daniels and a few glasses of red Bordeaux and some fizzy plonk earlier and a can of caffreys... That is the highlight of Christmas. My son has a shitload of Lego to build I have already built 3 Star Wars space crafts today. My presents consisted of some socks, a green shirt, John Lydon's book and some slippers that I fear maybe too small. My son seems to be loving his new Ukelele and we have booked in his first guitar lesson tomorrow aged 5 when I am not pissed. My wife reckons I don't need anything she is gonna get whacked tonight.

I've had a nice day after the wrong guitar incident. Wife let her hair down and got a few drinks down her, outlaws came around (not the MC) and now tipsy watching my little one play before setting out the carrot and mince pie ready for round 2 tomorrow.

At the moment i practice through headphones because i can't play anything without screwing it up and one of my New Year resolutions is to get to a local studio once a week to practice at gig volume..............now those guys at the studio i do feel sorry for !

However that's only because I'm working today and tomorrow and will be opening pressies on the 27th. So when the rest of you are suffering post-Christmas let down, I'll still have mine to look forward to. Yay!
