Anybody watch Person of Interest?

Just saw the last episode of the fourth season. All I can say is...they really need to renew it for a fifth.

Wow.

It ends with Pink Floyd, too.

I watched the first series and then about two thirds of the second but then lost interest in it [no pun intended].

I did see some reviews on IO9 that suggesting that the series picked up the pace in 3rd season.

Yep, it definitely did. The fourth season has been a proper good 'un; 3 was all about the setup, and 4's where the background story properly got into its stride.

5 should be an absolute corker by the looks of things.

Yep, I love it. I'm up to date with the ones they're showing on channel 5, but I don't know which series that it.

Well, I'm glad I didn't put any spoilers in there, then

@joneve - it's really worth it. As noted, the first season is great, the second one's a bit slow, and the third is really setup for four and five. Unless they invent something new or disappear off into wacky-land, I can't see how they're going to get a sixth season out of the story, but going on the writing so far I certainly wouldn't be disappointed if they did.

I'm also watching it, again, up to date with Channel 5 so Series 3 by all accounts. Loving it, and glad no-one bunged any spoilers in here! Really interested to see where it goes

Just bumping this, because last night's episode (season 5, ep 10) was mindblowingly good. Setting it up for a really big finale - 3 more to go, and without giving away any spoilers...the big reveal in this one throws a whole new light on the teaser promo they put out. They've been really quite clever with it, as you'd expect.

As an aside, the producers seem to be able to pick the perfect music for the big moments. Pink Floyd at the end of season 4, and Nine Inch Nails for this episode.

I'll be sad to see this show go, but I've got a strong feeling that it's not going to be a disappointing ending by a long shot.

Yeah, the network are burning off the episodes, so they're airing them two or three a week in the US. Even the producers don't feel insulted at that, because it's awesome for the fans.

I watch it, didn't know the latest (last) series was on so have a 10 episode backlog to enjoy which is great! Root and Shaw have their finer points that I enjoy.

Not to mention the Twisted Sister cover. That was hilarious!

It's been an odd show. Real shark-jumping disconnects between US TV cheese and obvious fan service, and gritty realism with great acting.
