Here's the new rig, with the board to be changed next week. As I say, I wanna build my own tone. And this ain't too shabby.

And if you're not wondering, move on.

Some thoughts- I want a more organic tone. To drive amps harder. I wanna be able to take an amp out. I also love the mix of these together- they're awesome. And, the Blackbird will act as a rig EQ.

For the record the 2 fenders are a vintage 73 DR and a vintage 68 drip edge Princeton.

I've also bought a couple of guitars I love recently so something had to go.

    I suggest you consult with @GavHaus for a full pedal board make over
    The Bigsby was the first successful design of what is now called a whammy bar or tremolo arm, although vibrato is the technically correct term for the musical effect it produces. In standard usage, tremolo is a rapid fluctuation of the volume of a note, while vibrato is a fluctuation in pitch. The origin of this nonstandard usage of the term by electric guitarists is attributed to Leo Fender, who also used the term “vibrato” to refer to what is really a tremolo effect.

    I cannot stress enough, I really wanna develop my own palette. I have spent 10 yrs recreating DG and it's time I defined my own sounds. And I'm sure that will resonate with all of you.

    I'd just also add- I have ordered all the Effectrodes, but jesus H, the Cornish stuff is mind blowing with that lot. We shall see.

    I know you want something more organic, but have a little bit of Schmo please...A man of your obvious taste needs something to give that lush 80's chorus....something along the lines of a TSC (Dyno my piano), coupled with an spx90 and a pcm42. A Landau-esqe palette would bring those Fenders alive!
