I like the wood but the guitar shape doesn't suit it. And I don't like the contrasting colour on the horns. It makes it look like the horns aren't meant to be there.

    You whore.

I actually quite like that guitar and I'm a bit "meh!" About most Suhrs.

I can take a minor amount of credit for Suhr and Buckeye Burl. Myself and Don at Suhr CS were in a conversation about finishes and I mentioned Buckeye to him. They didn't offer it at the time, but the 2015 Collection contained one and they obviously are now running with it.

I love Buckeye, and think that there are some slightly better examples out there than the one Distinctive has:

I don't wanna upset anyone but Don's been telling everyone that it was this girl that first gave him the idea - http://i61.tinypic.com/asb3r.jpg

    I like that.
I would love to change my username, but I fully understand the T&C's (it was an old band nickname). So please feel free to call me Dave.

I realise that there are better examples of the wood, but I like the way that the horns as so different.

I know what you mean. It's quite a different example and definitely has a cool vibe

I think it'd look more appealing if the headstock was consonant with the body.

I think you might have the wrong word there.

The way the first one mismatches at the bottom is not too pretty.

    Interesting looking wood though.

I like the body but the red-brown headstock looks cack. The covered pickups don't fit with the 'raw' look of the body.
