I bought a couple of these a while back and I've found them much easier to keep stable compared to the more standard picks. When I ordered them I chose the ellipse grip hole option but received them without grip holes. I've only once had a problem and whilst the vendor has offered to replace them it seems silly and time consuming to send them back just for this.
By pick standards, they are quite expensive though so before attacking them with a drill I just wanted to check if anyone had done similar?
I've drilled number plates before, tape on both sides and put it on a wood block etc. Am I safe to proceed?
