Just noticed that the bushings on both my MIK Tokais are starting to raise out of their holes (probably from the tension of the strings?).

http://i.imgur.com/jdyXAmz.jpgNot sure when it started to happen as I don't play them that often, but I'm not sure if this is something that needs to fixed, as there's obviously plenty of the bushings still in each guitar.
If it does need fixing I was thinking removing the bushing posts, filling the holes slightly with some thin strips of wood then replacing them back in could fix it.
Anyone else experienced this problem, or any techies able to advise?

I usually fix this by gluing them in with epoxy.
