String Tension question

Quick question, would 13's tuned down to D (DGCFAD) be similar in tension to 12's at Concert pitch?  Not sure of scale length, it's an S&P Dread.

Thanks, that's great.  It does not have every exact gauge but it's close enough.  13's a tone lower pull less tension than 12's at concert.

I do this on my D28. The short answer is there or thereabouts.

I tune my D35 12-string down to D with 11s on as well, instead of to E with 10s. It just sounds much better, and the tension is slightly lower, which matters on a 43-year-old 12-string with no truss rod! (Martins from before 1985 don't have them, just a non-adjustable steel rod.)
