    ARSE!!! As I was reaching for speaker leads I stumbled and rested the palm of my left hand on the stove (instinctive reaction) and FUCK WAS IT HOT (its a 6kW lpg burner that looks like it is burning coal in a traditional cast iron case). Cold water + aloe vera .... but it still stings like hell.

    I agree, i think this is the inspiration for the Ready Break glow. In fact when they were drawing straws i read somewhere he was Quaking in his boots,Hence his nick name Quaker Oats :D

    Muscle-y aches everywhere. Burocratic headaches from a variety of sources. Worst appears to be the sciatica triggered mainly by a lot of driving in my van. Would change the seat if the 4th bolt would allow itself to be undone (the others I put back with lubricant on the threads so they won't be so stiff next time).
