I've been thinking about posting this for a while. I often see posts pop up along the lines of "this is a good deal for someone".
I figured, lots of us browse classifieds regularly, and we all see things from time to time where we think something is underpriced or a great deal, but it's not something that we're interested in ourselves, or it's collection only from the other end of the country - so why not have a thread where we can post these deals? So another forum member can potentially benefit...
I'm thinking more buying used, PSA threads are still ideal for flash deals from retailers for grabbing forum users attention.
Good idea?

It's a bit like waiting outside the school gates offering the kids cheap crack.
You need an idea of what you are going to do, but it should be a vague idea.

Epiphone Dot Natural at £175 BIN in Bristol, would probably take below £150 if you collected with cash, seems a pretty good deal.
2014 Les Paul Classic for £850, open to negotiation.
A Gibson Les Paul with binding, and it's not a 2015, for maybe £800, seems a good deal to me. The switch could always be replaced with a knob, with a bit of re-wiring. There was a facebook page dedicated to reverting LP's with these features back to a more original spec.
Collection from Brighton.

Mexican Strat, £200. Wimbourne, Dorset.
Suhr Modern Satin for under a grand.
PRS SE Custom 24 in Amethyst - if you can get a slight price drop with an out of eBay deal, then potentially good price for easily the best colour available, plus it's got birds and the newer blade switch, these normally go for more than his BIN price in this colour.
USA Strat, in Olympic White, with hardcase for £500, but says open to offers.
Some light relic'ing carried out, but it is only light so not too bad.
Squier Jim Root, £165 BIN, maybe less by a deal outside of the Bay, located in Reading.
Plus some strings, stand, gig bag etc.

1967 Gibson J-45 - bit tatty but a good price. I'd definitely want to go see it first.
