    The Epi is an '89 Korean according to the serial number checker.
    @Ladymel159 there's a big Facebook group for guitar/music stuff local to you. I've PM'd you about it.

  • If you want to list them in the classifieds the pedals would go here. Im pretty sure you would be OK to list them in one thread under something like " Loads of pedals" rather than a separate thread for each one. Send me a message after youve started the thread and I'll add the pics to a comment underneath unless you want to do it yourself.

    The guitars would be in here. Again I think its ok for both to go in one thread but be more specific with the title.

    Tascam would go here

    Finally the amp here

    Heres an example of a multi item thread to follow.

    Also you might get more of a response to this thread if you change the title to something like "Help needed with pricing equipment"

    Nobody is guaranteed tomorrow.....

  • The Epiphone is an Elitist series, which all had that headstock shape (and that bright orange sunburst checks out too). I believe they were designed to be a step above the normal Epis, and may be priced accordingly.

    Not sure about that... I thought the Elitist ones were Japanese and started in 2002 as the Elite range, but got rebadged Elitist after a copyright thing with Ovation.
    The slightly tapered open book headstock on this one (& the serial number) are consistent with a very early Korean model.
    I could be wrong, all I know for sure is that I like it!

    It's not an Elitist - they don't have the notch in the middle of the 'open book' headstock, or the large slotted-head bridge height screws. Looks like a very early Korean one to me too - the headstock without the chopped corners does make it more desirable.

    If you're looking for more professional valuations and a possible way of selling them without resorting to Ebay (and fees/constant questions etc) or Gumtree (timewasters/hagglers), try asking at Live Music just round the corner from Scayles Music in St. Patrick Square - they do second hand stuff and take commission sales I think. You may be better to sell that way - you'll probably get more money back although it will take longer.

  • Hello my uncle has passed away and left behind some guitars and equipment I'm wondering if u lovely people could help me roughly value these items x
    Hi. I personally would just put them on ebay as there standard sort of stuff. At least on ebay you should get the current market price.

    The Epiphone looks lovely. It looks very clean in the pictures. I love those early Koreans with the non clipped headstock. If I didn't have 11 guitars at the moment I'd be buying it.

    Im sure it will find a good home.

    Good luck with it and the other gear and likewise as the others said I'm sorry to hear about your uncle@Ladymel159 ;
