Also loved the Murphy's during a tour of south west Ireland.
You can can get it in some branches of Tesco but it doesn't travel that well. Still nice, but not quite the same as supping it on the island where it was brewed.
As for a favourite pint, much as I like Theakstons Old Pec, if you are lucky enough to find it, their XB is sublime.
Sam Smiths Nut Brown - grew up on that And their lager is absolutely spectacular. The only place I have seen it on tap was at The Finnieston in Glasgow.
Oh, and until I moved 2 years ago, I lived in Alloa, home of the Williams Bros Brewery. As you can imagine, local beer fests were rather good. March Of The Penguins or 7 Giraffes for me.....

Last year we went to the Aphrodite's Rock brewery just outside Paphos, had a very pleasant afternoon trying their various brews.
The closer to Cornwall the better, but this is my favourite.

Some great small brewers in Cardiff/Newport as well - Tiny Rebel, Crafty Devil, Tomos & Lilford. And more springing up everywhere.
