My tele was converted quite a while ago, and I love it.
Position one is directly out bypassing vol and tone,
two is standard bridge with Vol and tone, and 3 is sort of the Eldred mod, works brilliantly.
Best thing I have ever done !

this is the easiest set up. just follow diagram.
my last Esquire type had switching for full power and tap (6.5k and 9.5k) on the pickup plus complete bypass.
