I came across this on amazon.. Apparently all made in the UK and very nice too..
Not actually tried it yet but will soon.. Anyone ever tried their stuff before? They seem pretty new.
This is what I got. A 300mm fret levelling beam.
Impressive packaging

I also just came across their shop on eBay - how did you get on with the levelling beam? Did you get any more tools from there?

Surprised at so little mention of Chris Alsop tools either, not used it yet but I have one of his crowning files for when I get the time to try my first fret level
G&W Tools are pretty good too.. Cheaper than crimson and much the same thing. The Crimson stuff is finished nice but I don't think is worth what they ask.

You have to remember that stew-mac were the only option for a long time. Okay LMI also had some tools but stew-mac were better set-up for international orders.
You could pick up a few tools from the UK timber suppliers, but the selection was limited.
Stew-mac still offer more than anyone else, and often the tools sold by others are copies of stew-macs core items.
I will purchase from UK peep's now that option is available, but as little as 5 years ago it just wasn't worth it.
Just had an order from G&W and so far so good

I've got an outstanding order from Crimson since 09.10, have just emailed them for further info it's been listed as 'manufacture' since then with no further information. I know their website says to ask first but I didn't expect more than a week's delay to be honest and thought I was ordering way ahead of time. I've set aside some time next weekend to do a load of guitar tasks and I rarely get a free weekend at the minute.
If they can fulfil the order I won't cancel, but I'm checking out alternatives if they can't.

G&W have a really good website now and I think my last order was here in 2 days.
