I've bought lots of things from Bax - it's one of the first websites I go to if I'm on the hunt because I know they'll be the price to beat.

Bax cocked up my order. They only delivered 1 item today and turns out they left my new amp at the warehouse forgetting to load it on the van..

Bringing this thread Bax from the dead - having a right old palava with these guys at the moment, a very disingenuous company it seems.

I ordered something from them weeks ago which was advertised for a very good price on their site. It looks like they put it on too cheap, because they are just not shipping it to me despite promising that they will.

Now I've been forced into cancelling because it's been three weeks of not shipping an in-stock product, and surprise surprise the item has gone back on the website at twice the price I paid.

To top it all they say it's going to take 15 days to get my refund to me.

So they have my money for over a month, despite failing to fulfil their contract to me. I'm not going to be order from this bunch of wankers again!!

I would have loved to go into battle with them but was worried they were having solvency issues or something similar to the old DV247 pre pack.

After being refused either product or refund for so long I was “happy” to just finally get my money back.

Its stupid of them to treat me like this as I’ve ordered studio stuff from them before. No more!
