No shit Sherlock
http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/health-43738644More seriously though, I've seen the way old age and what comes with it has affected my parents and their quality of life. Easy to say now while I'm younger but I do think that losing a few months or years at that end of my life would be a price worth paying for having a few beers now. My dad died at 91 after six months of cancer. My mum is 90 now and is currently in a nursing home. TBH I'd rather check out before reaching that stage so any advice to cut out the booze will fall on deaf ears.
I play guitar because I enjoy it rather than because I’m any good at it

Who wants to end up in a council-run gulag with a catheter up your willy dribbling in front of daytime TV?
If having a few more drinks will avoid that then (i) I benefit (ii) society benefits by not having to pay for the council-run gulag
Seriously: If you value it, take/fetch it yourself
