Agreed. Being a poor sod who is made to work every sat n sun for the last 10 years.

Wouldnt mind if we got any extra for it, or 2 days off together in the week, but thats not the retail way..

I would change jobs, but alas, I’m apparantly only good enough for retail.. ahh the joys of life.

Courtesy. You don't necessarily have to respect people but that's no reason not to treat them with courtesy.

It's not a sign of weakness, it doesn't impinge on someone's masculinity. It just means you can have different views from someone and not feel the need to stab them for that reason.
