KORG does a whole bunch of soft synths, from recreations of some of their classic designs to more generic all-in-one sounds and sequencing packages. Their software ARP Odyssey is very nice ... and can be polyphonic, if needs be! I'm not sure how appropriate its sounds would be for Tom Misch and Linying style projects. Download the trial version M1 and Wavestation. Give them a thorough test drive.

The other option is to have multiple instances of the same plug-in synthesizer, each operating in mono. The individual mono synthesizers can respond individually to Portamento. (This is how MIDI Guitar works in MIDI Mode 4.) It is possible - if tedious - to type in the MIDI Note data to achieve the chordal portamento.
