@matdotcodot Agree about Mark Lanegan, but it's the guitar playing on this that does it.

Don't want to hijack the other thread but thanks for posting that Loren Connors, I'd somehow forgotten about it- fabulous.

If you like that you might like this. Have posted it before, but it's worth repeating. If you look into it It's recorded inside a huge copper water tank.

Thanks for posting that, just giving it a listen now, can hear a bit of Stars of the Lid there maybe, but a tad darker.
