A sideboard by the looks of it.

Well the amp is not in the arty picture as it doesn't go with the decor (I need to get a battered old tweed Deluxe for that) but as you asked I plugged into a Mesa Boogie Mark V 35 combo on the Crunch mode on channel 1 (the Marshall flavoured mode) and with the gain lowish I got a nice loud hard fat pushed 'SRV on steroids' tone from the neck P90 of the Goldtop

yeah, yeah, that's great but, getting back to that sideboard for a moment
    :)
why is it not covered in piles of stuff like every flat surface in my house is? How do you do that?

It's my man cave. No-one puts stuff in here...no-one except me.

The sideboard is mango wood and is new, it is a little bare on top at the minute, I'm going to add a desktop drinks globe I think, put some single malt whisky in it.

That is lovely. P90's in a Les Paul.......heaven. The earlier comments remind me of Knopfler telling of his first electric. His dad bought it, he didn't dare ask for an amp so played it with the headstock against the sideboard, instant acoustic amp !

No-one pickup on the Ashes Urn or Duke & Son ball then...? I guess not many cricket fans viewing this...  :/

    ...hang on!

What's that I see on top of your sideboard?

Is that... an Ashes urn?  And a Duke & Son ball?

there is that issue of what looks acceptable in the room  - especially to the better half

I'm a P90 fan so that LP looks the biz
