Defo worth a shot!

Its an acquired taste I'd say. It's all mids and sounds better at edge of breakup. That's my thing tho.

It's such a small cab there's no much bass. But for practice and maybe recording I love it \m/

I’ve just bought the Blues King 12. Really impressed with it to be honest - sounds wonderful. Lovely cleans as well as the much publicised gnarl.

I've been looking at the 8 for a while now, i just want something for home use that i can quickly plug into without the aggro of setting up my amp head and cab. Other option is Fender Champ i guess, how do we reckon they would compare?

For a simple low gain, mid heavy blues tone it's superb. You can crank the master for some nice compression and it's not that loud. Forget about where it's made/how etc. It just sounds great!
