Yep great LP. And @Lescaster what Fender is that on the right? Amazing!

    Burstbuckers 2 & 3.

I quite like them, mine can clean up quite well.  It has weight and warmth to it but also sweet.

    The Stargazer is just a wonderful sounding reverb #hungryrobotpedals @hungryrobotpedals #guitar #tone #music

    Very cool!
I'm not putting it down but have you tried an Rx series? I thought those sounded the best.
So come on, which is your favourite?

Mine is pretty much a Reissue without the label.

It has long tenon, same humbuckers for the reissue (for it's year), same tuners, same knobs, same neck angle, same 1 piece back, same ABR-1 bridge, R0 neck, made in the same factory.  The only difference is mine has 9 holes where as the reissue are solid.

I've been hankering for a R9 but this Gibson does have balls like a Les Paul should and I am very happy with that.

Which is my favourite?  I don't have a single particular one really but I l do love the Les Paul.

Picked up another cheap double cream BKP Black Dog for my Pearl LPC. Looks and sounds the nuts! I had a covered 490r in the neck before which actually looked good with the mismatch but this is classier

It's a 2014? Gibson R9 20th Anniversary Tom Murphy painted re-issue, special Japanese run of green-lemon. Light as you like a 8lbs even with a nice rounded neck. My one and only :)

My wee collection - not shown is a hard tail strat which is away being fettled and a Jazzmaster that I'm building up. I also have an old Fender acoustic and a Faith Parlour acoustic...

1983 American Standard Strat, Fender Wildwood Thin Skin Jaguar, 2013 Gibson Les Paul 50's Tribute and Fender Custom Shop Nocaster

    image

Epiphone Emperor Joe Pass with Bareknuckle P90's, 1966 Fender Mustang, Cappcaster (62 AVRI neck, Revelator body, Duncan SSL1's and all the other bits are off Fender Strats of varying types) and Revelator Superking

    image

Amp wise I mainly use either the DrZ or a Cornell Plexi 7. I've also got a very old Roland Cube that just see's action with the Epi and a Fender Ramparte which I'll probably sell at some point as I never use it...

My Strat. Don't really know much about it. Japanese made ESP, proper Fender headstock. Plays and sounds amazing, it's my main gigging guitar.

Please excuse the rushed shot and the wallpaper, we recently moved in and just whitewashed the place. This was taken a few hours ago and is the very first time they have all been in the same place at the same time. The Kay's Classical is my wife's and this was the first time I have actually seen it out of the box. It is crap and going to the charity shop in the morning.

I'm sure some will look at that lot, utterly bewildered why I don't sell all of it and buy one top notch guitar, I'm sad to say that none are worth much at all and there are strong sentimental ties to some of them too. The classical on the arm and CAR Strat is my son's and not mine to sell anyway.
