A bit more time with it this evening and I think it’s probably going back. The common complaints really will be hard to live with - that is too much gain on all settings (apart from clean boost) and it’s soooooo so noisy. One last go when I’m not so grumpy but hhhhmmmm not sure.

Proper relaxed time with it this morning and spent some time tome matching to other high gain pedals. The trick is that it has soooo much gain that it’s easy to get carried away and at half way on the gain knob (on the higher gain voicings) it’s as much gain as any other high gain pedal and which point it’s also no noisier.

Anyway, got some epic sounds out of it, yes would like a few more lower gain, less compressed options but I think this with a HX Effects will be something to behold.
