It could be spending an hour on your CV, deciding to cut a payment regularly (coffee, Sky, Netflix, Pornhub, whatever), or looking into your next job, but ultimately, don't worry. The event is outside your control, just not your reaction to it. Keep that within your control. That way if it happens, you are better prepared. If it doesn't happen, you are better off too.
