I'll be honest I did a Google search even though unless my numbers come up this weekend I can't buy it! It seems on the money more or less.

However, I have played one and the attention to detail, the quality of timber and depth of tone is quite sensational. If I had close to the price right now, I'd prob take it. They're the Dumble of Les Pauls. The finish is so 3D and perfect you could swim in it.

Brilliant guitar.

oh my just the dish on that thing is incredible. 

Anyone who's researched bursts and modern day builders will know Gil's work is considered the best around. The price seems fair for what I've heard them go for in the US let alone here in the UK, GLWTS.

Unlikely, but ownership in the intervening period is likely to be much more enjoyable than sitting on a bunch of equities hoping for the best...

It's way over my budget, but I'd love to own one some day!

I've spent hours poring over that build thread and taken on board and used a few of Gil's methods too. Very generous with his knowledge and an expert builder. 

Have you posted this up for sale on MLP/LPF? I bet it wouldn't last a day over there. Best of luck with the sale!
