The one downside of England progressing to the semis is that we are being presented with the views of people whose views on football aren't worth bothering with. Do we really need the opinions of minor "celebrities"?

I'm not a 'sports person' but I enjoy the occasion.

Thing for me is - it's all so random, it's like 22 people in a pinball machine for 90 mins.

What I also noticed in the Russia /Croatia game was the LACK of fouling / falling and rolling for 20 yards.

I think I'd like to see a few more balls on the pitch at the same time - that would add a sadly missing element 

of humor into the mix.
