    Tonight's rig.

PRS SC58 in D standard into Diezel D-moll + Zilla 2x12 with Creambacks.

Your back garden looks about 10 miles long!
    Not quite 10 miles...

Gotta love the 'fuck you, that's where it's going' attitude.
    LOL.
I've been choosing a different amp/cab combination each evening out of this lot, which sit in the corridor between the studio and the room in the photo.

My wife is living in Geneva at the moment so I have the house to myself.
That's just your lobby?? I could get my whole house in there.

  • Currently in the lounge, my Tele and PRS acoustic.  The rest kind of follow Charles's law. "My number of guitars expands to fill the volume of space available"

Probably needs to be if he's cranking that thing up on an evening without getting an ASBO!

Not sure I could get away with that set up in my 2-bed terrace!

    Today's grab shot.

It that a The Paul? Looks great.
Yes indeed, one of a pair. Always a favourite go-to guitar.
    I now badly want one....

My gigging guitars are in gig bags in my bedroom but my Andy Wood Suhr is in a case behind the sofa so I pull that out when learning songs or just noodling.
Best guitar I had for just keeping lying around was a classic vibe tele - easy to grab and play and not bothered if it got a knock!

It was also the better playing guitar of the two

er ...... can't recall the details it was some years ago, but it was an interesting guy in a tiny little ramshackle shop somewhere. Nice chatty chap. It's a beautiful guitar, quite amazing.

These are the two in our living room at the moment, my 1996 Korean Epi Les Paul next to the TV and the Eastcoast Grand Auditorium at the other end of the room.

That acoustic looks tasty, @Balrog68 - stylish but understated, and I like the offset fret markers too.

The concept of a grown man requiring permission to bring a guitar into his living room blows my mind.

    For tonight:

That's probably the only thinline I've ever liked! Love the colour and the pickguard. Very nice. I even usually prefer RW fretboards but that works.
