OK, I've had a listen through headphones instead of my PC speakers.  Sticking with Tele bridge for No.1.  Maybe Tele neck for No.2 and 335 middle for No. 3?

Amp-wise 1 and 3 possibly Fender-ish.  2 sounds more middy and rounded, so maybe a low-gain Marshall?

I think this has run its course, it was just an idea to see how many would attempt it and be close.
 
1 Telecaster bridge pickup. Through Twin Reverb silver face master volume. 
2 Tele neck pickup through a Princeton Reverb. 
3 Gibson SG std Neck pickup through a AC30 plug in, straight into a mac. 

On solo 2 i wanted to borrow my old 335 off a friend i had sold it to but at last minute he needed it, so took what i had. because i was trying for a more jazz solo( which i cant play) i cut back on vibrato and compressed it to hell. It was all i had. 
Funny how so many thought a middle pick up selection on last solo. i deliberately played tight to bridge to get attack from neck pickup, to try and get a more semi sound.

All three solos were recorded over about 16 years i think between 1st and last. Funny how in a studio big amps sound small and small amps often sound big.
