Ticket prices, worldwide, for "big" artists these days is just... y'know, ridiculous.

Think I paid maybe $60 last time Joe came to Australia. When he arrives in Aus in September he's not playing my city and I wouldn't pay to fly to pay his hiked ticket prices. 

I would be going to see Satriani in November, but not for $100... Sigh. 

Was looking forward to Dream Theater but again they're only doing Sydney and Melbourne. Bands can't expect their fans to pay for plane tickets on top of their gig tickets either! Oh well.
