done - this guy has loads of accounts same location, same background for photos, I assume this is just another account after his others are shutdown for repeated fake selling take down.

eBay’s own rules probably require that some backroom wallah has to check the veracity of reported fakes. They cannot simply pull listings on the say so of one complainant. 

It is unclear to me whether the listing fees for items proven to be counterfeit before an auction ends are refunded to the seller.

I wonder if he even paid for it, but just bid high enough to ‘win’ and then leave negative feedback? Or did, knowing full well it was fake and that he could force a chargeback via Ebay.
