The slightly larger headstock marks it out as a later production model (I believe the 320 ran until around ‘94), and the lettering on the TRC being 3D rather than printed into the plastic is also consistent with the period.
The pickups look to be the more modern versions (might be called Hi-gains?) rather than the vintage style toasters that are found on reissue 325s, which again suggests 320. Not sure those tuners are original though.
I’ve been out of the Rickenbacker game too long to be very helpful on value, but would have thought around £1.5k sort of region.
Just a note, if you haven’t played one of these before I would urge you to do so before agreeing to the trade. As you probably know, these are short scale guitars. But this mixed with the narrow Ricky nut width can make open chords in particular pretty cramped to play depending on the size of your hands. I’m a massive Beatles fan, love the look and sound of these guitars and have owned and moved on two 325s because I struggled so much with the playability. Great guitars, but very Marmite.
Hope this is helpful,
Si

I have a lovely glossy jetglo 360/6 but also this, which I love more. Got it on here in a part-ex, fully intending to move it on straight away, but ended up selling something else instead because it's a gem - both sonically and, er, playabilityally.
It's surely not the only 610 here?
